Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Original tags and packaging are intact
You contact us within 10 days of receiving your order
Sale Items
Sale items can be exchanged for a different size within 10 days, subject to stock availability. Sale items are not eligible for a cash refund unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Customized or altered abayas

To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order
Share your order number and reason for return or exchange
Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
